I’ve lived in Colombia since 2013.
In that time, Colombia has been my home, the place where I’ve raised my family, the subject of much of my writing, and the country where I’ve built businesses, worked with local professionals and developed a network that stretches well beyond what you’ll find in a Google search.

I’ve been here since 2013.
I’m an American writer, journalist, consultant and founder of Coffee Axis Travel and Coffee Axis Living. My work has taken me throughout Colombia and into conversations with business owners, executives, farmers, doctors, attorneys, government officials, expats and ordinary Colombians.
