Former Secretary of Agriculture, and as Secretary of the Competitiveness of Manizales – Angelo Quintero Palacio has accomplishments to be proud of. He is now pursuing a bigger dream for tourism and visibility of the Department of Caldas. We were able to catch up with him for a few minutes and learn a bit more about who he is and what he is doing!
